Utsläppsrätt.se is a carbon offset provider based in Sweden. Established in 2006 when the market for carbon offsetting still was very new in Sweden, we were among the five first to offer “climate compensation” on the Swedish market. We chose from the start only to use EUAs because of their credibility, ease of use and not least – the emissions reduced are in the industrialized countries, where they need to be the biggest. As an alternative to offset providers at a profit, Utsläppsrätt.se is run by a non-profit organisation (Emisso), created for the purpose of offering carbon offsets at a cost price.

At Utsläppsrätt.se we sell emission allowances for carbon dioxide (CO2) from the European Trading Scheme, EU-ETS, in order for our customers to get carbon neutral.

Since 2008 Utsläppsrätt.se is a participant of the UNEP Climate Neutral Network which is part of the UN's Environmental Programme. The official UN webpage for Utsläppsrätt.se contains our environmental strategy.
